Acceptance

By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use IGNITE.

What IGNITE is

IGNITE is a creative project management tool for independent artists and freelancers. It is provided as-is during the beta period. Features may change as we develop the product.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your content

You own everything you create inside IGNITE. We do not claim ownership of your ideas, projects, or creative work. By using IGNITE you grant us permission to store and display your content to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use IGNITE for illegal purposes, to harass others, to distribute malware, or to attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Beta period

IGNITE is currently in beta. During this period the service is provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future. We will give advance notice before any free features become paid.

Limitation of liability

IGNITE is provided as-is without warranty. We are not liable for any loss of data or business resulting from use of the service. We recommend keeping backups of important creative work.

Changes

We may update these terms as IGNITE grows. Continued use of IGNITE after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
